On May 14th and May 15th, we held a candlelight vigil to honor the memory of the loved ones lost. We saw a total of 465 attendees over the four sessions, honoring 336 loved ones. Surrounded by the gentle glow of string lights and the calming sounds of live string music, attendees were able to reflect peacefully as their loved one's name was read aloud and a slideshow of images was played amongst the beautiful setting of our Louis Natalie Mall.
Although we were not able to accommodate as many people as we would have liked to, we plan to have another candlelight vigil in the fall as well as our remembrance lantern lighting to ensure more families have the opportunity to honor their loved one's memory.
