GEOERGE B. CASSELLA, SR. WAS A STAFF SERGEANT IN THE 757 TANK BATALLION OF THE US ARMY. HE ALSO WAS A GUNNERY INSTRUCTOR. HE SERVED IN EUROPE AND AFRICA.
What is your favorite memory of your loved one? This does not have to be related to his/her military service.
He was my Dad. He was a wonderful Father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather! He was 99 when he passed. He had a rich, full life with his family always close by here in New York. He told us many WWII Stories through the years, especially when he was stationed in Italy!
