What would you like to share about your loved one’s service and dedication within the military?
My father loved his country and was proud he was able to serve. He was an aviation cadet and also worked as an airplane and engine mechanic.
What is your favorite memory of your loved one? This does not have to be related to his/her military service.
Dad loved history, astronomy and math. He was a Civil War buff, loved to study the stars with his telescope, and calculate math problems from 19th century math books. Each of my two sisters and I grew to love Dad's interests as well. How blessed to have these beautiful memories of our beloved father.
