What would you like to share about your loved one’s service and dedication within the military?
My husband, Leonard served in the Navy during WWII. He loved this country and never thought twice about volunteering after he graduated from High School.
I am so very proud of him. He always mentioned that during that time all people came together with one goal in mind. Fight for peace in America.
What is your favorite memory of your loved one? This does not have to be related to his/her military service.
My favorite memory of my husband was how kind and easy going he was. He was a wonderful, kind person and I miss him terribly. He never said a bad word about anyone, and cared about all people.
